ABOUT THE MOVEMENT LAB

we’re building more than a clinic.

Physiotherapy built to go beyond recovery—helping you move better, build resilience, and keep doing what matters, with support that extends beyond the clinic.

MEET YOUR TEAM

physiotherapists. partners. founders.

We believe movement is one of the keys to a healthy life. We built The Movement Lab to help people stay strong, resilient, and active for the long run.

morgan kurio

Physiotherapist · MScPT, BScKin

Morgan is passionate about keeping people moving and helping them perform at their best—whatever that looks like for them. With 12 years of experience, she loves treating everything from sport injuries and stubborn pain to those nagging problems that just keep coming back, with a particular passion for supporting active women.

That passion led her to create The Female Athlete Movement, focused on improving education, collaboration, and support for women through every stage of life.

Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find Morgan running, strength training, chasing her next athletic goal—or unwinding with a romantasy book.

THE LAB FRAMEWORK

our approach to building resilience.

assess-don't guess

Start with a thorough assessment to understand what’s driving the problem—not just where it hurts.

reduce symptoms & restore movement

Hands-on treatment creates an opportunity; movement and load help us capitalize on it. Together, they help you feel and move better, faster.

build capacity

Progressive overload is crucial to building resilient tissues. We progressively challenge your body so it’s prepared for the demands of your life, work, or sport.

build lasting results

Recovery doesn’t end when you leave the clinic. Your MVMNT Plan provides the education, structure, and ongoing support to keep you progressing.
